I like these dinners! I add salt and butter (small amounts!) and it's good for an adult who wants small portions. The vegetables are better than any frozen vegetables I've ever eated, have a very nice texture. And you can microwave it and have it table ready in a few minutes. I like the pasta with a sweet potato sauce - and love the very fresh tasting succotash made with edamame - or were they baby limas?

I tried the Plum Organics frozen dinners, too. My toddler loved the creamy parmesan shells, peas and carrots. My 9 year old daughter liked the Pork (organic) Italian sausage and marinara pasta, even my Italian husband said it was OK and that's saying a lot when it comes to pasta. Yes, a little bland but like you said it's for kids. They don't expect spicy or even like spicy foods.
