You can even eat them-they are non-toxic! If they are light green and shaped like an 8, then they were at least recycled and *supposedly* will biodegrade within 90 days. They're still made from not eco-friendly stuff though. The claim is that the packing peanuts are made with soy...I'm researching that right now....still seems that it contains some component of plastic.
