Just made some. Very hummy. I substatuted olive oil fosr unsweetened applesauce and it work out great.
With cream cheese and maple syrup frosting on top…mmm

3 questions -
can you provide the maple/cream cheese icing recipe? with the flax seed – is that flax seed meal/ground flax?
what type of ground nuts do you usually use?
