Organic popsicles…yes, I said it…that are bright colors, easy to make and full of ooey, gooey yumminess!

Ready for the super specific recipe? Here goes!

5 or 6 or so frozen organic berries, any kind

1/2 cup to 1 cup or so of organic plain yogurt

1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of organic carrot juice

I use similar recipes (I change it depending upon what is in the fruit bowl and what i juiced that morning for myself) – but I also add spiralina powder. It makes a lovely green colour and is full of goodness.

great idea to add carrot juice. thanks!

putting a spoon of yoghurt in first before the rest of the mixture can make them look quite cool too.
