Just last night, I was thinking, &quot;What am I going to do with all these beets&quot; from our garden. The little guys and I like them with oil and vinegar and lots of fresh garlic, but Da and my stepdaughter aren&#039;t so big on this earthy veggie. (Though they love almost every other type of veggie; weird.)
I was thinking: salads.
But some hot pink pancakes sound pretty interesting!

Note: reuse the beet juice when you make homemade play-dough. Golden beets work for yellow!</description>
