Nap-time music and yoga dvd's for little yogis are the best quality and serve many years. I am a mother of a vegetarian, 5 year old boy, who started playtime yoga when he was 1. He loves Wai Lana's stuff, singing her songs and we see our friends' kids like it a lot and have so much fun learning about animals, trees and playing together, Great tools for camps, plane/car trips, playdates. It is affordable too. Lots to choose from at www.playtimeyoga.com. Mom of a little yogi, yoga teacher. I'm in a small town, and no matter how much I plead, neither of the two yoga instructors will offer a family/ mommy & me class. I've looked at the offerings on Amazon, but the reviews are so mixed that I'm reluctant to shell out cash for something that may not be good.
