Here in Ecuador flowers are so cheap, and they send a lot for export. However, most of the flower greenhouses use a high amount of chemicals and they're known for offering bad working conditions to their employers. As much as I love flowers, I feel uncomfortable supporting such a business. Here we're blessed with a year round spring-like climate, so there's always the chance to find wild or garden flowers Yay to organic flowers!
