I veganized these and they came out great! I used mostly wheat, then a little rice, oats, and millet. They were so good that I think I might try making dosas again. Thanks!

I grew up with a similar recipe. We didn't leave ours overnight, but it had three or four blending sessions after more liquid additions. I love that recipe, I should dig it out and use up the rest of my wheat berries! The last time I tried it on the family, the kids liked it but the hubby was lukewarm. He only likes light and fluffy pancakes. He will eat them though and they are certainly better for you. Thanks for the reminder!

I really liked baked oatmeal with pecans and apples. Or regular oatmeal with pumpkin puree mixed in.

These pancakes sound great and a great way to use up the abundance of wheat berries I seem to have.

Thanks for the recipe!

What a great idea. I'm going to try this one as the weather cools. Thanks :-)

I actually just recently tried a recipe very similar to this one. I was so excited!

My son thought it was awful. :( I used wheat berries and quinoa, just like you!

I'm going to tweak it a bit and try again... I think it really does need some sugar, despite what the author I read insisted. That's my own personal taste, of course. And adding blueberries might be a good idea too!
