My girls LOVE to eat quesadillas for lunch (or anytime). We also eat any kind of organic fruit (whatever we found at the store) everyday for lunch.

Bananas are the equivalent of coffee to my daughter. Unfortunately, like coffee they don’t grow anywhere near our NH home & have a huge eco footprint. We’re working on weaning her off in favor of apples- tis the season
