PMS, Motion Sickness and Sleepytime Without Xanax: Who knew?

Ditch the prescription and pucker up!

This is going to be short, but it’s good and it matters. Balms with Benefits is the rockin-est thing to hit the shelves in ages. It’s a simple concept, you get a lip balm and add quality aromatherapy to it so that the loveliness on your lips cures what ails you.

I’m sure it’s been done before, but I doubt it’s been done like this. My kids and I got all eight flavors in the mail last week. They’re pretty. Don’t discount pretty, pretty matters. Alexander and Jane were immediately taken by the rainbow of colors, they removed each lid and sniffed.

And then the horrible happened. Alexander (age seven) said, “Mom, what’s PMS?”

*sigh*

So we had a little talk about why Mommy feels compelled to wash the windows every month while shrieking, “dont’ touch anything!”

Truth be told, I ditched the PMS tube, because without it I’d never clean up around here.

Let me tell you about the Lemon Eucalyptus! Alexander has the sniffles so we slathered him up with it. The reaction was almost immediate. His cold wasn’t cured, but he was made comfortable and didn’t get that horrible sore that little ones are prone to when they have to repeatedly wipe their noses. I will be stockpiling that particular one. I so enjoy the scent of Wake-Me-Up that I’ve been using it all day, I’m awake!

My daughter quickly absconded with Focus and Clarity and I’m addicted to the Stress and Anxiety formula. I’m really impressed with how each of them works, but I haven’t even gotten to the good part yet.

My lips feel fabulous. No joke. Remember the Chapstick of your youth and how it would flake off and your lips would feel just horrible afterwards? This leaves my lips feeling plump and moisturized, it’s like a lip spa.

They smell good, they work well, they use the best ingredients they can get their hands on… I’m a fan, try it, you will be too. Here’s a link to their newsletter (it’s the only way to find out about sales).

If you like this you’ll also want to know why we care about ingredients, a little more about aromatherapy, and to watch out for lead in your lipstick.
