Would you or your readers please recommend some good dvds for yoga with toddlers? I’m in a small town, and no matter how much I plead, neither of the two yoga instructors will offer a family/ mommy & me class. I’ve looked at the offerings on Amazon, but the reviews are so mixed that I’m reluctant to shell out cash for something that may not be good. Our public library doesn’t hold any yoga dvds, either šŸ™

    Any recommendations would be appreciated.

We have really loved the YogaKids series. It says for ages 3-6, but at least it would be a starting point, and a lot of it would be fine for toddlers, too.

I love Wai Lana’s Little Yogis Line, my family and my friends play with kids using her activity books, games, cards and craft. Nap-time music and yoga dvd’s for little yogis are the best quality and serve many years. I am a mother of a vegetarian, 5 year old boy, who started playtime yoga when he was 1. He loves Wai Lana’s stuff, singing her songs and we see our friends’ kids like it a lot and have so much fun learning about animals, trees and playing together, Great tools for camps, plane/car trips, playdates. It is affordable too. Lots to choose from at http://www.playtimeyoga.com. Mom of a little yogi, yoga teacher.
