Say “bye bye” to toys made of bad plastic and covered in lead paint. Instead reach for the wood- wooden toys that is.
Plan Toys offer superior quality wood toys made with environmentally friendly kiln dried, chemical free, rubberwood. They also use E-Zero glue, water based non-toxic colors, and recycled and recyclable materials. And at Plan Toys they do everything with “green” in mind.
Rosie Hippo shares the “green” passion and sells only ethical, quality, eco-friendly toys for children. My family had the chance to try some of Plan Toys wooden toys from Rosie Hippo and were completely delighted. The cookware set is so realistic but small, the perfect size for little hands.
If you had a stove small enough these pots and pans look and feel real enough to cook with. It is a very lovely and high quality set that will be enjoyed for years, not broken in a matter of days like many cheap plastic toys would be.
The matching tableware set is a playful work of art. Cute little plates, bowls, forks and knives all made of wood. I just love these beautiful toys and more importantly so do my kids.
I have been checking out all the amazingly eco and ethical toys at RosieHippo.com and my Christmas list is growing. I am trying to plan early for the holidays this year so I am picking out less but making sure it’s something the kids will really enjoy.
I see so much they’ll enjoy at Rosie Hippo. First on the list is some playful wood food to go along with their tableware and cookware sets.
If you’re planning early and looking for fabulous and eco children’s toys and gifts then make sure Rosie Hippo is one of the first stops on your search.

We have a lot of Plan Toys items – Modern Doll House, Barn, Airport, Parking Garage….a lot. And we’ve been so pleased with everything. At times we’ve had to superglue some of the arms on a parking lot attendant or leg on a lamb but only because the children play with them so much and aren’t always gentle. But the quality is great, the design is adorable and sweet, and the kids really do enjoy them. We’ll never go back to plastic!
