These brownies don’t last long around our house!
Gluten-Free Quinoa Brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil an 8″ x 8″ glass pan, then sprinkle the bottom lightly with quinoa flower.
In a small pan melt together:
- 4 oz [amazon_link id=”B003SNYUYS” target=”_blank” ]organic unsweetened chocolate bar[/amazon_link]
- 3/4 cup organic butter
- 1 1/2 cup organic sugar
Pour into a large bowl and add:
- 3 organic eggs
- 2 tsp organic vanilla extract
Blend well, then add:
- 1 1/4 cup [amazon_link id=”B000EDK6FM” target=”_blank” ]organic quinoa flour[/amazon_link]
- 1/4 cup organic soymilk or milk
- 1 cup organic walnuts or pecans
- 1/8 cup organic flax seeds
Pour into the pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle organic powdered sugar on top!
