I really like the serum. As I have reached my forties, my skin has calmed down; however, I do like to treat it daily for prevention.  I think this product would be very useful for tweens and teenagers experiencing  breakouts.

I also really like the Rest Well supplement.  I did not take it according to the package (twice a day before meals).  I took one before bed time, and I have to say, I slept more soundly.  As a busy mom, I need to make my rest more restful.  Supplements such as this one do just the trick!
