Baking Memories 4 Kids: Cookies for Children with Life-Threatening Illnesses

bakingmemories

As a parent of a child with a congenital heart defect, I understand what it is like to have a child with a life-threatening illness. Fortunately for our family, my son’s prognosis is good with care and medical advancement. For other families, the diagnosis is much worse.  You want to do anything for that child to make their shortened life full of joy, but sometimes money is a constraint.

Baking Memories 4 Kids is a philanthropic group that makes excellent homemade chocolate chip cookies to send families on all expenses paid trips to Florida amusement parks.

By purchasing a batch of our homemade cookies you help to send kids with life threatening illnesses and their families to Florida amusement parks, where they can create amazing memories that will lift their spirits and, for one week, give everyone a chance to forget about their battle with their illness. Every penny of every Baking Memories 4 Kids cookie sale funds these all-expense paid Florida vacations. And one dollar of every order will go to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to help find a cure.

Chocolate chip cookies never tasted so good, or felt so right. And since Baking Memories 4 Kids is a 501(c)(3) foundation, you’ll be able to use your purchase as a tax deduction.

This morning, I tried these cookies with my coffee.  Yes, I ate cookies for breakfast.  They were so good, I had to eat a couple!

The cause behind these cookies is so sweet, and my only criticisms are that I ate to many of them and they should be made with organic ingredients.  They are all natural and do not contain nuts, which is good for my son!

Ingredients

We only use all natural and the best ingredients we can find. We use sweet butter, unbleached flour, brown + cane sugar, fresh eggs, baking soda, salt, pure vanilla, pure real semi sweet chocolate chips and lots of love. There are no peanut products in our cookies. The chocolate chips are produced in a facility where some of the equipment may also package products that contain nut products.

Disclosure: The products described above were sent to us as free samples. Prior assurances as to the nature of the reviews, whether positive or negative, were not given. No financial payments were accepted in exchange for the reviews. The reviews reflect our honest, authentic opinions.
