Got stress?  Got tension?

This summer has been the most stressful of my life.  With wildfires burning on or near our property all summer, my body is so full of stress and tension. Now that things are calmer, it is time for relief and comfort.

If you are like me, most of your stress and tension goes straight to your neck and shoulders.  Yoga helps this tightness, as does acupuncture and massage, but I want to be able to relax and release in bed or on the couch too.

Aromatherapy has become a big part of my family’s life.  The healing power of essential oils has proven effective for all the maladies we have suffered this past year. This summer, we have used essential oils to help our lungs deal with the smoke, as well as lighten our mood and relieve stress using an Oil Diffuser.  Now, we will bring the power of aromatherapy to our tense muscles and necks.
