Handmade Recycled Glass Jewelry for Girls of Any Age

Handmade recycled glass jewelryOne of my favorite parts of blogging is when artisans contact us to review their products. I love discovering handmade gems I might not discover otherwise.  One such recent discovery is recycled glass jewelry and lavender sachets by Elena K. called Grace and Jewelry.

Lavender is one of my favorite herbs, and the silk sachet created by Elena K is beautiful. It smells wonderful, and beaded adornment is really nice.  As my daughter says, “It smells goodie!”

The recycled glass jewelry comes in several different colors.  Two shades are used to create a monochromatic effect.  My favorite piece in the recycled jewelry set is pendant, but my daughter likes the earrings best of all. Unfortunately, the recycled glass fell off of the ring when we opened our package, but it will be easy enough for us to reattach.

Making jewelry from recycled products is a great way to reuse, reduce, and recycle!  They also provide a safer option for your child’s adornment, as cheap kids’ jewelry is often recalled for lead content.  If you are interested in these products, you can email Elena K (elena-siempre [at] hotmail [dot] com.
