Trillium Organics New OGmama and OGbaby Products

It has been proven that at least 60% of what we put on our skin is absorbed directly into the bloodstream. That’s scary, really scary when we learn what can be lurking in beauty products-even in baby products. Nasty things like phthalates, parabens and 1,4-Dioxane which has been banned in personal care products in Canada and the European Union but is still allowed in the US in small amounts even though it has been proven that it can cause allergy, immune and neurological toxicity even carcinogenic activity.

Trillium Organics has created a couple new lines of products that come with full disclosure of all ingredients-right on the product labels. The new products are made especially for pregnant women and new babies-two times when natural is more important than ever. OGmama and OGbaby are truly 100% organic and as natural as can be.

OGmama and OGbaby products are made with 100% organic oils, 100% USDA Approved Naturals, 100% Organic and Wildcrafted Botanicals and 100% Organic Bee Products.

In addition to being 100% Organic they are also:

  • bio-accumulative toxin free
  • hormone impersonator free
  • endocrine disruptor free
  • carcinogen free
  • 1,4 Dioxane free
  • phenoxyethanol free
  • propylene glycol free
  • synthetic fragrance free
  • sodium lauryl sulfate free
  • nano-particle free
  • paraben free
  • cruelty free

Trillium Organics is a certified organic company  by the Organic Crop Association, they are certified cruelty free by PETA, they are certified Woman owned, certified sustainable by Green (Co-Op) America, and they are signers of the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics and the Coming Clean Campaign through the Organic Consumers Association.

What does all that mean? Well, it means you can’t get any more natural, safe or trusted than Trillium Organics.

Now that you know what’s in and not in Trillium Organics OGbaby and OGmama you might be wondering how the products work, let me tell you they are fabulous.

The Organic Belly Oil is perfect for stretching bellies and any other body part that needs some moisture, whether you are a mama to be or not this oil is great. I love it. It leaves my skin soft and smooth and has a delightful light aroma- and I feel good knowing the oil is as safe and natural as can be. I use the Belly oil all over my body after a shower (using the organic body soap) and I use the organic baby oil on my little guy after he’s done with his bath. I love these products and plan to grab a few full size bottles, especially the Belly Oil, I love the scent.

Another super fab product that I am sure will be used profusely throughout the winter is the respiratory rub.It is made from organic therapeutic grade Eucalyptus Radiata which is gentle enough for babies and children while still being strong enough for adults. My daughter already had to use some since she (as always) acquired an illness the first week back to school. I know how our family passes around the bugs over the winter months so I think I’ll be trying the breathe free tea tree gentle soap to help clear sinuses gently as well. Sounds like a great product. I love anything that helps the kids breath better.

If you are expecting or know someone who is, these products are great. They are even perfect for moms who aren’t expecting but just want to use the safest and most natural products that they can. And a great thing about Trillium Organics is that you won’t break the bank buying these organics.
