My close friends know I am sort of a hydration freak. I am always reminding folks to hydrate with water.  What many of my friends don’t know is that I am also an advocate for hydrating your skin.

It’s hard to find a lotion that actually hydrates.  Some are too thick, and some are too thin.

I spend a lot of time outside.  It’s where I want to be. As a result, my skin takes a beating from the elements.

I tried this skin smoothie on my hands, and it did not leave them super oily. It did seem to effectively hydrate.
