Super Cool Kids Use Laptop Lunch Systems at School

Kids love Laptop Lunches! From Z Recommends to the Vegan Lunch Box, I’ve read about Laptop Lunches for quite awhile. When my daughter’s best friends showed up with them after their birthdays, a trend had begun at her school.  Not that I think children need to buy what their friends’ have to fit in, but I felt the Laptop Lunch would be a good addition to her home lunches.

Although I avoid plastic in general, Laptop Lunches are made from BPA-free plastic, are reusable, recyclable, and dishwasher safe.  It even comes with a book full of nutritious lunch ideas.

The following quote is from my seven-year-old daughter. This is her perspective on her Laptop Lunch System:

I first saw a Laptop Lunch when my friends brought theirs to school.  When I saw them, I wanted one so that we could be matching, and I thought they were very cool.  Although you can’t have fresh fruit because it turns brown (she is referring to cut apples, as she doesn’t like lemon juice on them, and a whole apple won’t fit into the Laptop Lunch), they are still pretty cool.  I like the computer case that came with it, because it makes it seem like it is a computer.  Other kids at school think they are cool too and want their own.  Even though they are plastic, it is still cool because they are safe plastic.  It is cool how there are bunch of little compartments and how it comes with silverware.  We call ourselves the Laptop Lunch triplets at school.  Laptop Lunches make lunchtime fun!

The Laptop Lunch System is inspired by the Japanese Bento.  This lunch product promotes “better nutrition, waste reduction, and lunch-making satisfaction!”  Perhaps I will have to get a Laptop Lunch for myself, so that I can fit in with my students at school.  I’d love to get the Hemp Bento Bag to go along with it.

We use the Laptop Lunch systems for all our school going kids. The kids LOVE it as do all their friends. I love finding creative things to pack for them!
