At first, I was confused as to how to use the capsules. Are they supplements? Do I open them? There were no directions on the package that I could find, but I did find directions on Amazon:

For an intensive treatment, use one capsule every evening for 4 weeks. Open the capsule by twisting at the narrow part and gently pulling. Apply the oil in the evening after cleansing to a slightly dampl face, neck and decolletage. Massage in gently. For regular intensive care, apply one capsule 1-2 times per week. Once the capsule is opened the contents should be used immediately.
I have not tried these capsules for four weeks as recommended, but I can say they are of the same quality I expect from Weleda, and they leave my skin feeling ultra soft.
