Organic Baby Bedding, Sheets and Tees: Coyuchi

Oh, how I love the whole line of soft organic cotton goodies from Coyuchi.

What is Coyuchi? Coyuchi is the Mexican Spanish name for the naturally-occurring brown cotton used for centuries by native peoples of the Americas. And they make a beautiful line of organic cotton bedding, sleepwear, towels, and adorable blankets, shams, and t-shirts for baby’s room. All of their products are made from organically grown cotton and finished without any chemicals, solvents, or resins.

I was lucky enough to receive the Jingo sham from them. It has a cute little giraffe hand embroidered on the pillow case, perfect for a toddler or child’s bed. Coyuchi has themes of little critters to help you decorate your babies’ nursery in organic cotton goodness. The creatures include Jingo the giraffe, George the monkey (of course!), and Thor the elephant. The blankets are hand stitched with animal scenes that are beautiful and adorable. They also offer the baby wear without any designs if you already have a theme or want to keep it simple.

I also received a Jingo baby shirt which is equally lovely. Simple, sweet and so soft. You’ve got to visit their snazzy website. If I could I would buy all of our sheets from Coyuchi! Bedding is available in two colors: ivory and white bleached with hydrogen peroxide only. You can rest assured (pun intended) that you are sleeping on bedding safer for our environment and for you and your family.
