Flip2BFit Game Combines Strength, Cardio, Yoga, & Stretching: Reduce Childhood Obesity, Have Fun, Maintain a Happy, Healthy Lifestyle

Flip2BFit Game Combines Strength, Cardio, Yoga, & Stretching: Reduce Childhood Obesity, Have Fun, Maintain a Happy, Healthy LifestyleWe all want our kids to be healthy.  We feed them healthy foods.  Yet, unfortunately our society is rather sedentary.  Kids sit at school. They come home and sit at screens or with gadgets.   Gone are the days when kids ran outside until their parents called them in at dark.

Soccer may be popular, but why not play games that promote a happy, healthy lifestyle by combining strength, cardio, yoga, and stretching?  Flip2BFit is an eco-friendly game that does just that!

A new and exciting way to jump, stretch and twist your way to a healthier happier lifestye!!! Flip2BFit® the exciting new kid’s fitness board game where you compete, build team spirit and individual goals while stretching, jumping and twisting your way to Springers’ Park!!! Looking for an easy, interactive way to teach your children about healthy eating options? With Flip2BFit you can increase their physical fitness levels without them even knowing it! Whether you’re building strength, increasing cardio or stretching out to a few yoga poses, you will find Flip2BFit® the most fun you’ve had playing a board game. Working to prevent childhood obesity one exercise at a time Flip2BFit is this generations answer to Fitness made Fun!

The Flip2BFit game combines fun strength, cardio, yoga, & stretching activities to reduce childhood obesity and maintain a happy, healthy lifestyle.

The game is quite easy to play. Children move the spinner, flip over the appropriate card (yoga, stretching, strength, or cardio), and move on the board accordingly. Furthermore, the game is eco-friendly, “The games are produced with Soy Inks – Recycled Papers – Rubber plant extracts to coat the cards and all plastics are recyclable making them as sustainable a game as possible!”
There is also a penpal program where your children can connect with children in Africa who also play the game.

I think this is a great game for both home and school. Instilling regular exercise in our children’s daily routines ensures they will be active throughout their whole lives preventing disease and childhood obesity. Games like this one make exercising fun!
